Description:
To create a new mailbox:
- Logon to the Client Portal
- Click 'Services' then 'Email Hosting'
- Click the 'Essential Email' service name
- Click 'Mailboxes' then the 'Create Mailbox' button.
- In the 'User' field enter the required mailbox name without the domain (e.g. john.smith)
- Enter the required password in the 'Password' and 'Repeat Password' fields.
- Enter the required 'friendly name' (e.g. John Smith'
- Click 'Create Mailbox'
The mailbox will now be listed on the mailboxes summary page.
Important:
- The password should be at least 12 characters and a mix of upper and lowercase characters, numbers and symbols.
